• You have not previously been excluded from the daybet11 Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

daybet11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification. daybet11 takes underage gambling seriously and employs age verification procedures at registration and at periodic intervals thereafter.

To access the full range of services offered by daybet11, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the daybet11 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your daybet11 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify daybet11 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. daybet11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

daybet11 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where daybet11 has reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or where the registration would violate these Terms or applicable law.

daybet11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and other methods as may be added or removed from time to time at daybet11's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your daybet11 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour to be reflected in your account balance. daybet11 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM PHT). GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. daybet11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), daybet11 is required to verify the identity of players and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. daybet11 reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal that triggers its anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

• All funds deposited into your daybet11 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• daybet11 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of a player.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).
• daybet11 reserves the right to deduct applicable taxes or withholding amounts as required by Philippine law.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all daybet11 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. daybet11 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Abuse: daybet11 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion.
• Modification: daybet11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of their restriction.

All bets and wagers placed on the daybet11 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

daybet11 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

daybet11 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault has affected the outcome of a game or the display of odds;
• Where a bet was placed after the official closing time for a market;
• Where there is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
• Where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a manifest error;
• Where the bet violates any applicable law or regulation.

In the event that a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your daybet11 account balance. daybet11's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

For live sabong events, bets are accepted up to the point designated by the arena operator as "last call." Results are determined by the official arena referee and are final. daybet11 is not responsible for any interruption to live sabong streams caused by factors outside its control, including arena technical issues or regulatory suspensions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the daybet11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing daybet11 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for wagering.

daybet11 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, daybet11 may freeze account funds pending investigation. The outcome of any investigation conducted by daybet11 is final and binding.

daybet11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-closure);
• As required by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, daybet11 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their daybet11 account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat or email during support hours. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

All content on the daybet11 Platform, including but not limited to the daybet11 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, images, audio, video, software, and game content (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is the exclusive property of daybet11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, daybet11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the daybet11 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results or odds displays caused by technical malfunction.

daybet11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your daybet11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude daybet11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute between you and daybet11, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting daybet11 customer support. daybet11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent daybet11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

daybet11 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by daybet11 may escalate their concern to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.
