7 Data Sharing & Disclosure

9 Data Retention

daybet11 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following retention periods apply:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with daybet11, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements under RA 9160;
  • Transaction & Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act and Bureau of Internal Revenue regulations;

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, daybet11 will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes, as it can no longer be linked to any individual.

12 Children's Privacy
21+ Only: The daybet11 Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. daybet11 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

daybet11 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and at periodic intervals to prevent underage individuals from accessing the Platform. If daybet11 discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, daybet11 will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data in question, and take appropriate steps to prevent further access.
